About the Class

You have carried your baby below your heart for nine months. You have given birth, and you are now a mother. This, as you already know, is a path full of love, challenge, growth, intensity and beauty. The Yoga Way to Motherhood invites you to walk this path with more clarity, tenderness, joy and confidence while tending mindfully to your body and spirit.
 
You will:
 
• practice yoga and participate in free writing exercises, self-inquiry activities, group discussion and meditation
 
• share and honor your birth story
 
• develop self-trust and confidence as a mother
 
• embrace the full range of the mothering experience, which can include the highest highs and the lowest lows
 
• commit to your own self-nourishment
 
• celebrate the central role of motherhood in all of life
